SHIPPING AND PACKAGING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from Birmingham by USPS Priority Mail. Generally, orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped. You will also be notified by e-mail if there are any unexpected delays in shipping your order. Final charges to your credit card are made at the time of shipment.

If you need to have your order shipped another way (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail, etc.), please send an e-mail immediately after placing your order. Every effort will be made to meet your needs. You will receive a response to your e-mail indicating how your credit card will be charged to accommodate a different shipping method.

Except for very bulky items, the beautiful things you choose are shipped in a ribbon-trimmed white box with three colors of tissue paper, suitable for gift-giving. If you are ordering a gift, you may also request that your order be shipped directly to the recipient.
