We respect your privacy. Therefore, we never share or sell your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for this business only. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology. Orders on this web site are secured by an industry-standard encryption, credit card information is not stored on the web site, and no customer information is shared with outside parties.
1. Your personal information: name, email address, billing address, and shipping address is collected if you sign up for a web site account. You use this information to make ordering products from the web site easier. We will also use your email address if you indicate you have forgotten your account password. You may choose to delete this account at any time.
2. When placing an order, you may provide credit card information which includes your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is encrypted and is not generally visible to anyone processing orders. An encryption key is needed to see complete credit card information. This key is held only by the owner of Simply Wonderful Things, LLC and is used only if necessary to solve a problem for a customer. Other customer information collected during an order includes billing and shipping information, email address, and telephone number. Once an order has been fulfilled and the customer has received that order and has had time to decide to either keep the product(s) or return it, the order is archived. This process removes all credit card information along with shipping and billing address and can no longer be accessed, even with an encryption key. All order information older than three months is removed entirely from the server. Electronic (along with paper) sales records necessary for tax purposes are kept in one location on a computer not connected to the Internet.
3. The owner of this business is the only one who sees any of your information, with the exception of email addresses which are used when sending newsletters through MailChimp.
Occasionally, we may send out an email with information about special sales, discounts, or new products. Emails are sent to those who are customers, have signed up for the newsletter, or have been in a webinar where the owner was a presenter. We prefer to send email newsletters only to those who want them. So, any email sent provides a link for a recipient to unsubscribe.
You have three ways to pay for your purchases on this web site.
1. All credit card purchases are processed through the secure PayPal Pro credit card processing system. A PayPal membership is not required. You simply enter your credit card information using this very secure system and your credit card is charged. Most credit cards are accepted. 
2. PayPal members can, of course, pay using their PayPal account if preferred. Simply select this option during checkout. We see only the information necessary to fulfill your order.
3. If you have an account with Amazon.com, you may pay using your Amazon account. When you click on "Pay with Amazon," you do not have to enter your name and address or other information. All credit card information stays with Amazon and only necessary shipping information is transferred to us. Amazon account users will find this a fast and easy way to check out.
