1. With the exception of special order or personalized items, your order will ship within 1-2 business days and should require only 2-3 days shipping time within the continental United States.
2. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped. You will also be notified should an unexpected delay in shipping occur.
3. When you order multiple items, shipping will be combined; and your total will be adjusted before charges to your credit card are finalized.
Our goal is that you be thrilled with everything you buy. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned. Personalized items are not returnable unless found to be defective. Shipping charges are refundable if your purchase is found to be defective.

ORDERS PURCHASED FOR GIFTS
If your order is a gift, your purchase, unless very bulky, will be shipped directly to the recipient in a white box, tied with a pink ribbon. A card will be included indicating your name as the sender of the gift. Bulky items such as pillows will be shipped in a large shipping box, nested in colored tissue paper.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POWERED BY
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
