Shipping and Return Policy

Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. However, some very small items may be shipped by USPS Ground Advantage to save you shipping costs. You will be able to select a shipping method at check out. If actual shipping costs are lower than the shipping charge shown at checkout, your credit card or PayPal account will be adjusted, usually by a refund of some part of what you paid for shipping. We ship orders at the lowest cost possible, based on the shipping method you have chosen.
1. With the exception of special order or personalized items, your order will ship within 2-3 business days and should require only 3-4 days shipping time within the continental United States.
2. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has shipped. You will also be notified should an unexpected delay in shipping occur.
3. When you order multiple items, shipping will be combined; and your total will be adjusted before charges to your credit card are finalized.

Our goal is that you be thrilled with everything you buy. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned. Personalized items are not returnable unless found to be defective. Shipping charges are refundable if your purchase is found to be defective.

If your order is a gift, your purchase, unless very bulky, will be shipped directly to the recipient in a white box, tied with a pink ribbon. A card will be included indicating your name as the sender of the gift. Bulky items such as pillows will be shipped in a large shipping box, nested in colored tissue paper.
